Carl Morris started Midwest Buildings in 1978 with a desire to serve the community with quality workmanship at a fair price.  Since then, Midwest has established itself as a leader in pole (post-frame) building and portable building construction.  Many transactions are referrals from the many satisfied customers throughout Green Country and other areas of Oklahoma.  Midwest has also been awarded Business of the Year by the Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce.   In {year} the business was acquired by Cleve Silcox.  Cleve has continued the tradition of customer satisfaction that has been so important to the core values of Midwest buildings.  When you speak to a sales representative at Midwest, you can rest assured that you will be able to speak with someone who has many years of experience with the company.  Currently managing the company office are Kenny and Kathy Adams.  Kenny has been with us for over 25 years.  You are in good hands when you choose Midwest for your next building project.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Materials

Our building materials are some of the finest in the industry.  Our signature Panel Loc Plus metal sheeting is sure to give you peace of mind when protecting your belongings for years to come.  All Midwest exterior steel is screwed down with color-matched screws.  While some companies may choose nails for attaching their metal sheeting, Midwest will not compromise the integrity of the exterior by using this low-cost option.  Nails are prone to work loose with the severe weather we experience in Oklahoma.  We also have a wide range of features to choose from when constructing your building.  From secure entry doors to wide-spanning overhead doors to stylish windows, we have the materials to create the building that you need.
